The Entry Level Client Manager develops a dynamic relationship and supports a variety of teams throughout the organization. Entry Level Client Manager Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the customer experience and guiding new customers through the purchasing new products and services
• Attend trainings for new product offerings and become an expert in all product knowledge and compliance standards
• Set objectives, plan, organize, and coordinate with team members to meet objectives and goals for marketing campaigns
• Assist sales consultants in the marketing and membership process whenever needed
• Enhance the customer experience through new ideas and approaches for marketing and branding programs

The Entry Level Client Manager role requires a problem-solving mindset, as well as flexibility to be assigned to different territories according to the company's clients needs. The Entry Level Client Manager will also act as a bridge between clients and consumers to ensure both needs are met. The role requires an entrepreneurial, problem-solving mindset and strong communication skills.

Entry Level Client Manager Requirements/Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing and/ or customer facing environments
• A love for high quality customer experiences and customer engagement
• Proficient communication ability in demanding situations
• Analytical mind, while creatively flexible
• Passion for unique marketing and sales strategies
• Flexibility in a fast-moving, constantly changing environments
• An unwavering desire for continued improvement and experimentation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay
