The Entry Level Client Manager develops a dynamic relationship and supports a variety of teams throughout the organization. The Entry Level Client Manager should be competitive, collected, professional, and comfortable with all modes of communication. Entry Level Client Manager Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the customer experience and guiding new customers through the purchasing new products and services
- Attend trainings for new product offerings and become an expert in all product knowledge and compliance standards
- Set objectives, plan, organize, and coordinate with team members to meet objectives and goals for marketing campaigns
- Assist sales consultants in the marketing and membership process whenever needed
- Enhance the customer experience through new ideas and approaches for marketing and branding programs
The Entry Level Client Manager role requires a problem-solving mindset, as well as flexibility to be assigned to different territories according to the company's clients needs. The Entry Level Client Manager will also act as a bridge between clients and consumers to ensure both needs are met. The role requires an entrepreneurial, problem-solving mindset and strong communication skills.
Entry Level Client Manager Requirements/Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing and/ or customer facing environments
- A love for high quality customer experiences and customer engagement
- Proficient communication ability in demanding situations
- Analytical mind, while creatively flexible
- Passion for unique marketing and sales strategies
- Flexibility in a fast-moving, constantly changing environments
- An unwavering desire for continued improvement and experimentation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
